Chad Haaf is corporate-commercial counsel to a number of a Saskatchewan based businesses and institutions. He brings the value of his experience to our clients, particularly in securities, M&A transactions, commercial lending and commercial real estate.
Mike’s litigation practice focuses on labour and employment law, and civil and commercial litigation. His experience includes acting for employers on the full range of issues relating to the workplace, including collective bargaining, human rights, arbitrations, and wrongful dismissal claims.
Clayton was born and raised in Saskatchewan and enjoys working with clients who, like him, have a fascination for the entrepreneurial spirit and creativity of folks from the Prairies. Clayton works with small business owners, farm clients, and members of the transportation industry. He also has a busy real estate practice and particularly enjoys working with first time home buyers.
Lindsay Hart (Wacholtz) is a partner in our Regina office with a civil litigation practice, focused on family law and estate litigation. Lindsay is a Qualified Arbitrator and Collaborative Law Lawyer. She has appeared in all levels of Court. She is also a member of the firm’s Executive Committee.
Jeffrey Norwig is a partner in the firm’s Regina office. Jeffrey maintains a broad practice in the areas of real estate, wills and estates, and corporate governance. Jeffrey has experience in these areas having acted for individuals, out of province firms, and small to large corporations. Jeffrey has presented on these topics to many organizations.
Mark Yemen leads McDougall Gauley’s municipal law and mergers & acquisitions practice groups. Mark has extensive experience in the construction and infrastructure practice area and provides strategic and procurement advice on major construction and infrastructure projects.
Chantelle is a member of the Insurance Law Team with a practice that focuses on the defence of medical malpractice claims involving hospitals and health regions, professional liability, commercial and construction claims.
Darren Carlson has spent most of his life living in Regina. He attended the University of Regina and studied Business Administration and thereafter the University of Saskatoon to study Law. Darren joined the firm in 2009 and became a partner in 2015. He enjoys spending time with his wife and three children as well as playing hockey and golf.

Scott Giroux is an associate with the Saskatoon office. He maintains a broad practice with a focus on civil litigation. Scott also provides services in the areas of residential real estate, wills and estates.
Angela is a partner in the Regina office. She is the lead of the Environmental Law Practice Group and practices extensively in the areas of environmental law and construction law. Angela’s broad experience in large, multi-party disputes allows her to provide practical and results-orientated advice to her wide array of clients, with a focus on resolution.
Amanda is an experienced corporate commercial lawyer with a diverse and loyal client base. She leads McDougall Gauley LLP’s tax practice group, and enjoys helping clients with tax-driven corporate reorganizations, trusts, regulatory compliance, and energy and mining matters.
