Ryan Grieve is a business law partner in the firm’s Saskatoon office. In his practice Ryan works with a broad range of clients to assist them with their business law issues, with an emphasis on purchase and sale transactions, financings, and succession planning.
Jyoti Haeusler is a partner in the firm’s Regina office. Jyoti maintains a broad family and immigration law practice. Jyoti has experience with a variety of complex family law disputes. Jyoti has argued successfully before the Saskatchewan Court of Queen’s Bench, Court of Appeal, Immigration Refugee Board of Canada, Immigration Appeal Division, and Federal Court of Canada.
Kelly Waddell advises clients in all types of business transactions, with a focus on financing, land development, commercial leasing, mergers and acquisitions, and securities. Kelly is a partner in the firm’s Regina office, and the lead of the firm’s financing team.
Aadon Fieger is an associate in the firm’s Regina office. Aadon’s practice focuses primarily on real estate, business, and wills and estates issues. Having broad experience as both a solicitor and litigator in a variety of practice areas, Aadon is well equipped in advising his clients on navigating complex and dynamic legal questions.
Brendan Bernakevitch is a corporate/commercial associate in the firm’s Regina office. Brendan maintains a broad corporate practice, and has experience with working with small and large businesses with respect to corporate governance, financing, transactional work, restructuring and general corporate strategy.
Megan is an associate in the firm’s Saskatoon office with a main practice in estate law and labour & employment law. She has appeared at all levels of court in Saskatchewan and most levels of federal court. Megan is the co-chair of McDougall Gauley’s Estate Practice Team and a member of the firm’s Student Hiring & Development Committee.
Matthew Schmeling’s practice focuses on civil and criminal litigation. He defends individuals and organizations charged with criminal, regulatory, and professional discipline offences. He represents individuals and organizations involved in a wide variety of civil litigation.
