Jonathan Milani is a litigation associate in the firm’s Regina office. Jon maintains a broad civil and commercial litigation practice, and has experience with a variety of civil and commercial disputes. He has argued successfully before the Saskatchewan Court of Queen’s Bench and the Court of Appeal.
Kirstie Anne is an associate lawyer and practices in the areas of insolvency, debt recovery and litigation. She has successfully represented clients in the Provincial Court and the Court of Queen’s Bench. She also assists clients with real estate, estate planning and estate administration matters.
Justine Shenher is an associate in the firm’s Saskatoon office. She maintains a broad civil litigation practice, and has experience with various insurance, civil, and estate disputes. She also has experience in estate planning for individuals, couples, and families. Justine has appeared before the Saskatchewan Court of Queen’s Bench, the Provincial Court of Saskatchewan, and various tribunals.
Siera Paterson is an associate in the firm’s Saskatoon office. She maintains a broad business and corporate practice focused primarily on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and business transactions, and has experience with a variety of bankruptcy and insolvency matters.
Adam MacNeil works in the Regina office and provides a wide array of services including preparing wills and power of attorneys, advancing and defending lawsuits, and representing parties through the debt recovery and judgment enforcement process. Adam also has experience working on large, complex litigation matters.
Jordan Graham practices civil litigation and is also a part of McDougall Gauley’s Defence Team. Jordan’s civil practice primarily focuses on construction and engineering claims, while his defence practice applies to a variety of regulatory and criminal matters.

Nicole C. Krupski is an associate who maintains a broad litigation practice in both civil and commercial litigation, as well as a practice in insurance, labour and employment, and criminal law.
