Susan (Sue) Barber is a senior partner in the firm’s Regina office. She devotes much of her time to civil litigation, with a particular focus on labour and employment, but including administrative law, general civil litigation, commercial litigation and estate litigation.
Clayton was born and raised in Saskatchewan and enjoys working with clients who, like him, have a fascination for the entrepreneurial spirit and creativity of folks from the Prairies. Clayton works with small business owners, farm clients, and members of the transportation industry. He also has a busy real estate practice and particularly enjoys working with first time home buyers.
Brendan Bernakevitch is a corporate/commercial partner in the firm’s Regina office. Brendan maintains a broad corporate practice, and has experience with working with small and large businesses with respect to corporate governance, financing, transactional work, restructuring and general corporate strategy.
Wayne works primarily in the business and corporate world but this also encompasses estate and business succession planning, both simple and complex, and real estate from straightforward residential to complex commercial, including financing. Wayne's daily motto is this: “Make every situation I am involved in better for me having been there; every situation and every person is important”.
Rochelle is a litigation associate in the firm’s Saskatoon office. In addition to advocating for her clients at all levels of court in Saskatchewan, Rochelle has experience navigating her clients through various methods of alternative dispute resolution.
Darren Carlson has spent most of his life living in Regina. He attended the University of Regina and studied Business Administration and thereafter the University of Saskatoon to study Law. Darren joined the firm in 2009 and became a partner in 2015. He enjoys spending time with his wife and three children as well as playing hockey and golf.
