
Nicole Folk is an associate in the Regina office. Nicole maintains a practice primarily focused in the area of family law and has experience with both complex and simple disputes. Nicole understands the emotional intricacies and difficulties that may accompany family law disputes and she strives to reach an expeditious resolution that is aimed at reducing conflict.

Aaron Fox was called to the Saskatchewan Bar in 1978. He was appointed Queen’s Counsel in 1997 and inducted as a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers in 2001. He has been recognized by “Best Lawyers” in the Criminal Defence area since 2006. His primary areas of practice are criminal law, professional discipline, and regulatory defence. He is Chair of the McDougall Gauley Defence Team.

Deborah Giles is a family law lawyer in the firm’s Saskatoon office. Deborah has extensive litigation and negotiation experience and has successfully argued and defended matters in all levels of Court in Saskatchewan. Deborah has a general family law practice; however has a particular passion for family farm files.

Darlene Grant is the Chief Operating Officer operating from the Saskatoon office, responsible for the daily operations of the firm. She contributes to the seamless functionality of numerous facets of the firm. Darlene is a leader who supports the development of an efficient workplace.

Jyoti Haeusler is a partner in the firm’s Regina office. Jyoti maintains a broad family and immigration law practice. Jyoti has experience with a variety of complex family law disputes. Jyoti has argued successfully before the Saskatchewan Court of King’s Bench, Court of Appeal, Immigration Refugee Board of Canada, Immigration Appeal Division, and Federal Court of Canada.

Gordon is a partner in the firm’s Saskatoon office. His practice focuses on all aspects of labour & employment law, arbitration law and adjudication. He regularly represents clients before the Labour Relations Board, arbitration boards and the courts. Prior to joining the firm, Gordon held senior executive corporate roles and senior adjudicative positions.
