Scott Giroux maintains a general practice with a focus on litigation. He has conducted trials at the Court of King's Bench, Provincial Court, and before numerous tribunal bodies. He has argued before the Courts of Appeal in Saskatchewan and British Columbia and has provided written submissions to the Supreme Court of Canada. Scott continues to provide services in the areas of residential real estate, wills, and estates.
