Darlene Grant is the Chief Operating Officer operating from the Saskatoon office, responsible for the daily operations of the firm. She contributes to the seamless functionality of numerous facets of the firm. Darlene is a leader who supports the development of an efficient workplace.
Darlene joined the firm in 2002 and has embraced many leadership roles since then. Darlene has played a key role in process-improvement initiatives and leading positive change to advance the firm’s goals, contributing to the supportive culture in the firm.
She has a proven track record of building positive teams and leadership. She is committed to always finding a solution to any challenge through effective management.
As Chief Operating Officer, Darlene oversees the firm’s financial reporting, accounting, human resources, information technology, operations and marketing of the firm as well as providing leadership.
