Bob Kennedy’s practise is focused on civil litigation and arbitration, including complex corporate and commercial disputes. He acts as a litigation counsel in the Saskatoon office offering his experience and knowledge to other members of McDougall Gauley’s litigation team.
James Morrison is a partner in the Saskatoon office. He has extensive training and experience in all aspects of Dispute Resolution, including mediation, arbitration and collaborative law. He is an experienced court room advocate.
Susan (Sue) Barber is a senior partner in the firm’s Regina office. She devotes much of her time to civil litigation, with a particular focus on labour and employment, but including administrative law, general civil litigation, commercial litigation and estate litigation.
Scott is a partner with the Saskatoon office. He maintains a labour and employment practice that focuses on all aspects of the employer/employee relationship. He also provides advice in the area of wills and estates and residential real estate.
Clayton was born and raised in Saskatchewan and enjoys working with clients who, like him, have a fascination for the entrepreneurial spirit and creativity of folks from the Prairies. Clayton works with small business owners, farm clients, and members of the transportation industry. He also has a busy real estate practice and particularly enjoys working with first time home buyers.
Lindsay Hart (Wacholtz) is a partner in our Regina office with a civil litigation practice, focused on family law and estate litigation. Lindsay is a Qualified Arbitrator and Collaborative Law Lawyer. She has appeared in all levels of Court. She is also a member of the firm’s Executive Committee.
Kate Joa is a partner in our Saskatoon office. Kate practices primarily in the area of family law and has extensive experience in assisting her clients successfully resolve family law disputes.
Glenn practices primarily in the areas of litigation and dispute resolution in the Saskatoon office. He is an experienced civil and commercial litigator who has successfully resolved complex matters on behalf of large organizations, entrepreneurs and individuals at all levels of Saskatchewan courts. Glenn also has years of experience helping family law clients in all aspects of their separation.
Raised in rural Saskatchewan, Tarissa Peterson has traveled to over 80 countries, shaping a global legal perspective. She has appeared as counsel before all levels of court in Saskatchewan, including the Court of Appeal, Court of King’s Bench, Provincial Court, and various administrative tribunals.
Rochelle is a litigation associate in the firm’s Saskatoon office. In addition to advocating for her clients at all levels of court in Saskatchewan, Rochelle has experience navigating her clients through various methods of alternative dispute resolution.
Karyn Kowalski is a litigation associate in the firm’s Saskatoon office. Karyn maintains a broad litigation practice and has experience with a variety of labour and employment, insurance, civil, and estate disputes.
Jonathan Milani is a litigation partner in the firm’s Regina office. Jon maintains a broad civil and commercial litigation practice. He has experience with a variety of civil and commercial disputes. He has argued successfully before the Saskatchewan Court of King’s Bench and the Court of Appeal.
