Karyn’s litigation practice focuses on labour and employment, and estate litigation. She also regularly assists clients with estate planning and estate administration.

She advises employers and employees in both non-union and union workplaces, with particular interest in wrongful termination claims, contract issues, and workplace policies. Karyn also assists clients to resolve estate litigation disputes. Her experience includes issues of will interpretation, will validity, testamentary capacity and undue influence, and executor rights and responsibilities.

Karyn has appeared as counsel before the Saskatchewan Court of Appeal, the Court of King’s Bench for Saskatchewan, the Saskatchewan Provincial Court, and the Saskatchewan Labour Relations Board.
