
Dave McKeague provides advice in mergers and acquisitions, corporate organizations and business structures, corporate reorganizations, commercial real estate developments, commercial financing and secured transactions, private placements, and public offerings of securities. He has advised many institutions on restructuring initiatives and high-net worth clients on corporate and estate planning.

Ray Wiebe practices primarily family law. His family law practice is focused on high net worth clients, many of whom are in the farming or business sectors. He has successfully conducted many trials in the Saskatchewan Court of King’s Bench and appeals in the Court of Appeal. He is also a Qualified Family Law Arbitrator and has served as Chairman of the Saskatchewan Legal Aid Commission.

Brett Ledingham maintains a specialized practice in energy and mining law. He has experience assisting exploration and development companies regarding traditional resources such oil & natural gas, uranium, and potash, and non-traditional resources such as helium, lithium, and geothermal resource development. He assists mineral rights-holders with leases, estate issues and estate planning matters.

Jeffrey Norwig is a partner in the firm’s Regina office. Jeffrey maintains a broad practice in the areas of real estate, wills and estates, and corporate governance. Jeffrey has experience in these areas having acted for individuals, out of province firms, and small to large corporations. Jeffrey has presented on these topics to many organizations.

Clayton was born and raised in Saskatchewan and enjoys working with clients who, like him, have a fascination for the entrepreneurial spirit and creativity of folks from the Prairies. Clayton works with small business owners, farm clients, and members of the transportation industry. He also has a busy real estate practice and particularly enjoys working with first time home buyers.

Deborah Giles is a family law lawyer in the firm’s Saskatoon office. Deborah has extensive litigation and negotiation experience and has successfully argued and defended matters in all levels of Court in Saskatchewan. Deborah has a general family law practice; however has a particular passion for family farm files.

Darren Carlson has spent most of his life living in Regina. He attended the University of Regina and studied Business Administration and thereafter the University of Saskatoon to study Law. Darren joined the firm in 2009 and became a partner in 2015. He enjoys spending time with his wife and three children as well as playing hockey and golf.
