William J. (Bill) Shaw maintains a practice in the areas of commercial and residential finance, real estate, and banking and finance, including banking and credit union law, corporate law, governance, and tax planning and implementation. He regularly acts for individuals, small businesses, large corporations and institutions.
Ray Wiebe practices primarily family law. His family law practice is focused on high net worth clients, many of whom are in the farming or business sectors. He has successfully conducted many trials in the Saskatchewan Court of Queen’s Bench and appeals in the Court of Appeal. He is also a Qualified Family Law Arbitrator and serves as Chairman of the Saskatchewan Legal Aid Commission.
Wayne works primarily in the business and corporate world but this also encompasses estate and business succession planning, both simple and complex, and real estate from straightforward residential to complex commercial, including financing. Dion Tchorzewski carries on a broad business law practice. He has a particular on focus commercial real estate development, corporate governance and mergers and acquisitions. He is a partner in the Regina office and is a member of the firm’s Executive Committee.

He assists entrepreneurs and established clients with incorporation or formation, mergers and acquisitions, raising capital through debt or equity offerings, and traditional commercial financing, corporate restructuring, corporate governance, reporting and continuous disclosure obligations.
Scott is a partner with the Saskatoon office. He maintains a labour and employment practice that focuses on all aspects of the employer/employee relationship. He also provides advice in the area of wills and estates and residential real estate.
Ryan Grieve is a business law partner in the firm’s Saskatoon office. In his practice Ryan works with a broad range of clients to assist them with their business law issues, with an emphasis on purchase and sale transactions, financings, and succession planning.
Kelly Canham (Waddell) advises clients in all types of business transactions, with a focus on financing, land development, commercial leasing, mergers and acquisitions, and securities. Kelly is a partner in the firm’s Regina office, and the lead of the firm’s financing team.
