
Aaron Fox was called to the Saskatchewan Bar in 1978. He was appointed Queen’s Counsel in 1997 and inducted as a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers in 2001. He has been recognized by “Best Lawyers” in the Criminal Defence area since 2006. His primary areas of practice are criminal law, professional discipline, and regulatory defence. He is Chair of the McDougall Gauley Defence Team.

Amanda is an experienced senior litigator. She acts in complex multi-party commercial and class action litigation, and works with clients and lawyers from other jurisdictions in multi-jurisdictional cases. She defends professionals in licensing-related complaints. She has argued at all levels of courts in Saskatchewan and the Supreme Court of Canada, and arbitral and administrative tribunals.

Mike’s litigation practice focuses on labour and employment law, and civil and commercial litigation. His experience includes acting for employers on the full range of issues relating to the workplace, including collective bargaining, human rights, arbitrations, and wrongful dismissal claims.

Justine Shenher is an associate in the firm’s Saskatoon office. She maintains a broad civil litigation practice, and has experience with various insurance, civil, and estate disputes. She also has experience in estate planning for individuals, couples, and families. Justine has appeared before the Saskatchewan Court of King’s Bench, the Provincial Court of Saskatchewan, and various tribunals.

Elise is an Associate lawyer who maintains a practice in general litigation. Elise has successfully argued cases before all levels of Court in Saskatchewan.
