
Aaron Fox was called to the Saskatchewan Bar in 1978. He was appointed Queen’s Counsel in 1997 and inducted as a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers in 2001. He has been recognized by “Best Lawyers” in the Criminal Defence area since 2006. His primary areas of practice are criminal law, professional discipline, and regulatory defence. He is Chair of the McDougall Gauley Defence Team.

Nicole Folk is an associate in the Regina office. Nicole maintains a practice primarily focused in the area of family law and has experience with both complex and simple disputes. Nicole understands the emotional intricacies and difficulties that may accompany family law disputes and she strives to reach an expeditious resolution that is aimed at reducing conflict.

Rylund Hunter is an associate in the firm’s Saskatoon office. Rylund practices broadly in both corporate law and litigation, with a special interest in dealing with environmental related issues. He has argued matters successfully in Provincial Court and the Court of King’s Bench in matters decided by judge and matters decided by jury.

Nicole C. Krupski is an associate who maintains a broad litigation practice in both civil and commercial litigation, as well as a practice in insurance, labour and employment, and criminal law. She has experience as counsel before the Provincial Court, Court of King's Bench, Court of Appeal, and running hearings in front of administrative tribunals.
