McDougall Gauley LLP is pleased to welcome Danny Alcorn, Andrew Arguin, Rochelle Blocka, Cam Klein, Glenn MacKay, Fashia Richards, and Mackenzie Tulloch to the partnership, effective January 1, 2026.

Danny maintains a litigation practice with a focus on insurance, civil, and commercial litigation. He represents insurers, individuals, businesses, employers, and municipalities.  He provides his clients with practical and effective advice and services and acts in complex litigation matters in Saskatchewan and Manitoba.

Andrew practices family law and has extensive experience in both litigation and negotiation. His areas of focus include parenting issues, child and spousal support, and division of family property. His practice is built on providing sound advice that allows his clients to make sensible decisions as they move through difficult transition periods.

Rochelle has a litigation practice focused on family law and estate litigation. She handles all types of family law matters including parenting disputes, maintenance and support, property division, and divorce. Her estate law practice involves issues arising from testamentary capacity and undue influence, executor rights and responsibilities, matters involving testamentary instruments, and family law property claims involving estates.

Cam is a solicitor whose practice focuses on advising clients on business, real estate, financing, and commercial leasing transactions. Cam currently sits on the Board of Directors for Saskatoon Youth Soccer Inc., and has previously served as Chair of the Canadian Bar Association (Saskatchewan Branch) Real Property Section (North).

Glenn practices primarily in the areas of civil and commercial litigation, dispute resolution, and family law. He has successfully resolved complex matters on behalf of large organizations, entrepreneurs and individuals at all levels of the Saskatchewan courts. Well-versed in all major areas of family practice, Glenn has particular experience with high-net worth clients, including farmers and entrepreneurs.

Fashia has a broad corporate and commercial practice. She provides services related to real estate, lending and secured transactions. Fashia also provides clients with governance advice and project support in the areas of corporate structure, privacy and policy development.

Mackenzie provides practical, solution focused advice on a broad range of business related matters, with particular expertise in financing, mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions, and real estate. He advises clients at all stages of the business lifecycle, from structuring and negotiating complex transactions to addressing day to day operational and governance issues.
