Gordon is a partner in the firm’s Saskatoon office. His practice focuses on all aspects of labour & employment law, arbitration law and adjudication. He regularly represents clients before the Labour Relations Board, arbitration boards and the courts. Prior to joining the firm, Gordon held senior executive corporate roles and senior adjudicative positions.
William (Bill) Nickel’s practice focuses on corporate commercial and securities law related matters. He assists entrepreneurs and established clients with incorporation or formation, mergers and acquisitions, raising capital through debt or equity offerings, and traditional commercial financing, corporate restructuring, corporate governance, reporting and continuous disclosure obligations.
Chad Haaf is corporate-commercial counsel to a number of a Saskatchewan based businesses and institutions. He brings the value of his experience to our clients, particularly in securities, M&A transactions, commercial lending and commercial real estate.
Lindsay Jones has broad corporate commercial experience and enjoys helping clients navigate a big transaction or the every-day issues arising in business.
Kelly Canham advises clients in all types of business transactions, with a focus on financing, land development, commercial leasing, mergers and acquisitions, and securities. Kelly is a partner in the firm’s Regina office, and the lead of the firm’s financing team.
