Ian is a senior litigation partner, with a robust practice acting for financial institutions and other creditors. He has appeared before various levels of court in Saskatchewan and Manitoba, and the Supreme Court of Canada. Ian was awarded "Lawyer of the Year" (2022) in the area of Insolvency and Financial Restructuring Law (Saskatoon) by "Best Lawyers in Canada." He is a director of the Insolvency Institute of Canada and is actively involved with that institution in various roles.
Craig is a litigation partner in the Saskatoon office, with a focus on insolvency and restructuring, commercial and construction litigation, and insurance defence. He has successfully represented clients before all levels of court in Saskatchewan. Craig is Chair of the firm’s Insolvency and Restructuring Practice Team and a member of the Executive Committee.
