Jessica Bihun-Krupski is an associate lawyer at the Regina office. Jessica’s primary focus is criminal, regulatory, and professional discipline defence.
Jessica Bihun-Krupski maintains a defence-focused practice. She defends individuals and organizations charged with criminal, regulatory, and professional discipline offences.
Jessica has appeared successfully as counsel before all levels of court in Saskatchewan, including the Saskatchewan Court of Appeal, Court of King's Bench, and Provincial Court, as well as before numerous administrative and professional tribunals.
She has experience in a broad range of criminal matters, from driving offences to serious violent and sexual offences. Jessica also represents individuals before administrative and professional discipline tribunals, including police officers, social workers, nurses, physicians, and other professionals facing allegations of professional misconduct.
Jessica joined McDougall Gauley in 2020 as a summer student, returned in 2022 as an articling student, and became an associate following her call to the Saskatchewan Bar in 2023. She obtained her Juris Doctor with Distinction from the University of Saskatchewan College of Law. Born and raised in Regina, Jessica previously earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of Regina.
