Rochelle is a partner in the Saskatoon office with a litigation practice, focused on family law and estate litigation. In addition to advocating for her clients in court, Rochelle has experience navigating her clients through various methods of alternative dispute resolution.
Rochelle's practice focuses primarily on matters involving families.
Rochelle works with clients to develop an approach tailored to their unique circumstance. She handles all types of family law matters, including parenting time and decision making authority, child and spousal support, division of property, and divorce. Rochelle has years of experiencing resolving high conflict parenting disputes, and assisting clients involved in the farming industry.
Rochelle has supported clients through both the adoption and guardianship process. She also has experience with matters involving child protection.
Rochelle advises family law clients through various methods of alternative dispute resolution, and has negotiated various types of interspousal agreements; including parenting, pre-nuptial, co-habitation, and separation agreements. Rochelle advocates for clients in court when litigation becomes necessary. Rochelle has appeared in front of all levels of the court in Saskatchewan.
Rochelle also handles disputes involving estates. She has experience navigating clients through issues arising from testamentary capacity and undue influence, executor rights and responsibilities, matters involving testamentary instruments, and family law property claims involving estates.
