Maja looks after human resources management including staffing and recruitment, orientation, managing, and coaching support staff. She manages the employee benefit and pension plans, payroll, develops human resources policies and employee performance metrics, and oversees operations of the building and firm functions.

Maja is a member of the firm’s management team and works closely with the Chief Operating Officer and the Executive Committee.

Maja received a Bachelor of Commerce degree in 1994 and subsequently completed numerous continuing education courses in human resources, personnel management, coaching, and effective management strategies.

She is fluent in Croatian and Serbian.
