Wayne Bernakevitch's practice involves commercial and residential real estate including financing, estate planning, and corporate and related law. He specializes in complex estate planning, business successions and transitions, corporate and business structuring, organization and reorganization of businesses and corporate governance.
Wayne also has extensive experience in the not-for-profit sector including working with charitable entities and foundations.
Ray Wiebe's practice concerns family law, divorce and collaborative law. Ray now serves primarily high net worth clients involved in divorce or family law proceedings, including business interests and tax issues. Ray has conducted trials before the Saskatchewan Court of Queen’s Bench and argued appeals before the Court of Appeal for Saskatchewan. Ray is also a Qualified Family Law Arbitrator, having been certified by the ADR Institute of Canada.
In 2021, Ray was appointed to the role of Chairman of the Saskatchewan Legal Aid Commission, after having served as a Commissioner since 2016.
