Shaan Kapila is an associate in the firm’s Regina office. Shaan supports corporate commercial clients with corporate structure and governance, financing and transaction matters.
Shaan earned his Juris Doctor with Distinction from the College of Law at the University of Saskatchewan. Prior to attending law school, Shaan completed his Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Saskatchewan.
Shaan maintains a broad corporate commercial practice. He has experience with business sales and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, real estate transactions and real estate development. Shaan enjoys working with clients and their business advisors to find practical solutions.
Shaan was born and raised in Regina, Saskatchewan. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his children and keeping up with his favourite sports teams.
