Manahil Arshad is an associate lawyer at McDougall Gauley LLP’s Saskatoon office. She was called to the Saskatchewan Bar in May 2025 after completing her articles. She maintains a practice in general litigation and gained hands-on experience across a range of litigation matters, including commercial disputes, construction litigation and civil claims.

Manahil holds a Juris Doctor and a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Chemistry from the University of Saskatchewan. She brings a unique interdisciplinary perspective to her legal practice. Manahil is fluent in Urdu, Hindi and Punjabi.

Besides academics, she has also lead major fundraising events, mentored students, and held leadership roles in several organizations including USask Black Law Students’ Association, USask Help Centre and ProBono Canada. In her spare time, Manahil enjoys travelling, cooking and hiking in the mountains with her friends and family.
