Lee maintains a civil and commercial litigation practice with a focus on class action litigation.

Lee has experience in a wide variety of civil and commercial disputes. He has represented individual, corporate, and institutional clients in complex construction, insurance, commercial, debtor-creditor, employment, and estate litigation matters. He has successfully represented clients before all levels of court in Saskatchewan and various administrative tribunals.

Lee earned his Juris Doctor with distinction from the University of Saskatchewan, College of Law. He articled at a large regional firm in 2017 where he practiced as an associate lawyer for over six years. In March of 2025, he joined the McDougall Gauley LLP team.
