Joy Brailean is a litigation associate in McDougall Gauley’s Regina office. Joy maintains a broad litigation practice with a focus on civil and commercial litigation.
Joy Brailean joined McDougall Gauley as an articling student in 2025 and became an associate with the firm after being called to the Saskatchewan Bar in 2026.
Joy earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Alberta, graduating with distinction and first-class standing. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Regina, where she received a Bachelor of Business Administration with distinction and was awarded the University Prize for achieving the highest academic average in her graduating class.
