Gabrielle Robitaille is a litigation associate in the firm’s Regina office. Gabrielle maintains a broad litigation practice with a focus on civil and commercial litigation.
Gabrielle maintains a broad civil and commercial litigation practice. Gabrielle has prepared submissions for and appeared before all levels of Court in Saskatchewan. She joined McDougall Gauley as an associate in 2024, after being called to the bar in May of 2024. Gabrielle has particular interest in construction disputes and administrative law, but has gained experience with a variety of disputes, appeals, and procedural matters.
Gabrielle earned her Juris Doctor with Distinction from the University of Saskatchewan, College of Law. During law school, Gabrielle was an Editor of the Saskatchewan Law Review. She also served as a Research Assistant, as well as a Teaching Assistant for the first-year Legal Research and Writing courses at both the University of Saskatchewan and the University of Calgary.
Gabrielle was raised in Caronport, Saskatchewan. Prior to law school, she studied the humanities.
