Chad Haaf has a solicitor's practice with a focus on corporate and commercial, securities and corporate finance law. Chad has assisted companies from start-ups and small businesses to multi-national public companies on a broad spectrum of matters, including structuring, equity financing, (including initial public offerings and private placements) debt financing, reorganizations, securities regulations, exchange compliance, acquisitions, divestitures and ongoing general business matters.
