Work in a dynamic, challenging environment with real career potential. We are looking for a receptionist / court runner to join our busy law office in Saskatoon.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients, visitors, and vendors
- Answer and direct all in-bound calls using a switch board system
- Receive payments
- Process incoming and outgoing courier packages in a timely manner
- Sort, open, and distribute all incoming mail, interoffice mail, and faxes in a timely manner
- Drop-off / Pick-up documents to/from the courthouses and other firms, bank deposits
- File documents at the courthouse and distribute to recipients in the office
- Perform word processing tasks and data entry as needed
- Perform other clerical tasks as needed: photocopying, scanning, helping with library filing, closed files, etc.
- Order office supplies, ensure boardrooms are tidy, stock and organize kitchen area, and other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Two years of experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant
- Post-secondary education in an office administration program is considered an asset
- Ability to handle multiple calls using a switchboard system
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills to support both internal and external clients
- Detailed oriented with the ability to prioritize workload
- Proven ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced and demanding office environment
- Flexible and willing to assist with various clerical tasks and office functions
