Our Regina office is now accepting applications for a Real Estate Assistant. Under direction from the Director of Administration, the Real Estate Assistant will work within our real estate conveyancing team.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years related experience; diploma or certificate in business is an asset
- A solid understanding of real estate procedures and conveyancing practices
- Proficient in Word and Excel and databases
- Able to multi-task, prioritize and work in a fast paced environment
- A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organizational skills are a must
- Ability to work as part of a team
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Preparation of residential, sale and lending documents, including land titles conveyance documents, mortgages, adjustments and transaction correspondence
- Familiarity with Information Services Corporation, Land Registry and the preparation and submission of Land Titles packet submissions
- Working with a team of lawyers to support residential real estate purchases, sales and financings needs throughout the firm
- Other duties as assigned
