Key responsibilities:
- Delivery of documents to/from courthouses (filing and issuing documents, picking up disclosures)
- Delivery of documents to other firms and banks
- Closing and boxing files for the off-site storage
- Performing word processing tasks and data entry
- Providing backup receptionist duties
- Performing other clerical tasks as needed: photocopying, scanning, assisting with special projects
- Ordering, stocking, and organizing supplies
Positions requirements:
- Possess a high school diploma
- Strong organization skills, attention to detail, ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Ability to provide exceptional service to internal and external clients
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and customer service skills
- Ability to prioritize deliveries, multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced team environment
- Flexible and willing to assist with general administrative duties and office functions
