We are looking for an Office Assistant/Receptionist to join our busy law office in Regina.
Key responsibilities:
- Delivery of documents to/from courthouses, other firms, and banks
- Filing and issuing documents at the courthouse
- Picking up disclosures from court houses
- Making bank deposits
- Closing files to be sent off-site for the firm
- Performing word processing tasks and data entry as needed
- Providing consistent backup receptionist duties
- Other clerical tasks as needed: photocopying, scanning, assisting with special projects as required, etc.
- Stocking and organizing supplies and other duties as assigned
Positions requirements:
- Possess a high school diploma
- Must be well organized and detail oriented
- Have a sense of time and the importance thereof
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to prioritize deliveries and work under pressure
- Flexible and willing to assist with various clerical tasks and office functions
