Gord Kuski’s practice focuses on civil litigation in all areas of law including class actions, corporate and commercial litigation, and commercial insurance litigation. He has been involved as counsel in a majority of the major civil disputes in Saskatchewan over the past several years.

(Bill) Shaw maintains a practice in the areas of commercial and residential finance, real estate, and banking and finance, including banking and credit union law, corporate law, governance, and tax planning and implementation. He regularly acts for individuals, small businesses, large corporations and institutions.
Bob Kennedy’s practise is focused on civil litigation and arbitration, including complex corporate and commercial disputes. He acts as a litigation counsel in the Saskatoon office offering his experience and knowledge to other members of McDougall Gauley’s litigation team.
Ken Ready is an experienced lawyer, having practised law in Saskatchewan since 1976. He became a partner in the firm McDougall Ready Wakeling in 1984 (now McDougall Gauley LLP) and named a Queen’s Counsel in 1994.
Nancy Hopkins is a highly experienced business lawyer with emphasis in mergers and acquisitions, complex contracts and corporate governance. Her M&A experience includes transactions with public companies, private equity firms and strategic buyers. She has served on boards of public, Crown, membership and charitable corporations.
