Megan is an associate in the firm’s Saskatoon office with a main practice in estate law and labour & employment law.  She has appeared at all levels of court in Saskatchewan and most levels of federal court.  Megan is the co-chair of McDougall Gauley’s Estate Practice Team and a member of the firm’s Student Hiring & Development Committee.

Megan has a range of experience in estate law and labour & employment law, including:

  • Advising employers and employees in both non-union and union workplaces
  • Wrongful termination claims
  • Human rights claims and accommodation work
  • Reviewing and preparing contracts  
  • Workplace policies
  • Grievances 
  • Collective bargaining  
  • Advising on administrative law issues

Megan has appeared before the Saskatchewan Labour Relations Board, Saskatchewan Provincial Court, Saskatchewan Court of Queen’s Bench, Saskatchewan Court of Appeal, Federal Court of Canada, and Federal Court of Appeal.   Megan has also prepared submissions for the Supreme Court of Canada.

In her spare time, Megan has a passion for teaching ballet and is a registered teacher with the Royal Academy of Dance based in London, England.
