Aidan Sexsmith is an associate at the firm’s Saskatoon office and practices broadly in the areas of corporate commercial law and general litigation, having provided services in a variety of practice areas.
Aidan joined McDougall Gauley in 2021 as an articling student and became an associate after being called to the bar in June of 2022. Aidan maintains a general corporate commercial and litigation law practice, and has provided legal services in a variety of areas, including business law, civil litigation, estate planning, labour and employment, and real estate.
Aidan is a graduate of the University of Saskatchewan, having earned his Juris Doctor with distinction and his Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) with great distinction. During law school, Aidan volunteered with Pro Bono Students Canada, assisting university students at the Campus Legal Services Clinic.
Aidan was born and raised in Saskatoon. In his free time, Aidan enjoys golfing, travelling, reading, and cooking.
