Our lawyers are involved in all areas of bankruptcy, insolvency, receivership and debt recovery both in Saskatchewan and on the national stage. We provide advice in inter-provincial and cross-border bankruptcies, receiverships and restructuring proposals. Our insolvency practitioners represent both creditors and borrowers, as well as trustees in bankruptcy, monitors and other officers of the court. We act in agricultural lending and recovery matters and advise clients in respect of proposals under the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act and in other restructurings and arrangements.
