For over 20 years, Ron has managed a mixed practice in both litigation and commercial law.
Ron's commercial practice involves the representation of clients in a variety of business sectors, with a focus on Corporate Governance, Shareholder and Owner Relations, and Financial Transactions. He has a breadth of experience in assisting clients achieve their business and personal objectives.
Ron's litigation practice focuses on insurance defence litigation, banking litigation, and commercial disputes. He has represented local, provincial, national and international clients on a wide variety of contested matters, before all level of Courts, including the Supreme Court of Canada.
Ron has also represented clients before a number of administrative tribunals, including the Saskatchewan Labour Relations Board, Saskatchewan Liquor and Gaming Authority, the Saskatchewan Securities Commission, and Planning Appeal Boards.
